What People say about me
Monica Ma
Working with Silu has genuinely been one of the best parts of building our design team. She can do it all — branding, product design, video, animation — and actually do it well, which is rare. Most designers have a lane; Silu just doesn't. She's endlessly curious, picks up new tools and trends without making it a thing, and has this calm confidence about diving into the unfamiliar and figuring it out. AI, new design approaches, whatever's next — she's usually already exploring it. And beyond the skills, she's just a genuinely good person. Reliable, full of integrity, and someone who makes the whole team better just by being on it. If you get the chance to work with Silu, take it.

Silu isn't just a talented designer, she's a caring mentor with strong leadership skills. You can tell from the way she speaks and mentors that she genuinely knows her stuff and cares about lifting others up. I came into our mentor session feeling lost in my career, and left feeling hopeful again with actions to take. She gives advice with real substance where you can tell it comes from years of experience. I'm grateful to have had her as a mentor and know she'd be amazing to work with. I recommend her to anyone looking for guidance or design expertise.

Silu is a delightful and talented UX designer who brings great energy to the team. She is incredibly creative, always eager to learn, and what’s most impressive is how quickly she masters new concepts. When we collaborated on the gift and monetization feature, she swiftly learned the new tool and immediately started producing high-quality work. Silu is someone you can fully trust with any task—she consistently delivers high-quality work with efficiency and reliability. Her communication skills are excellent as well, making her a joy to collaborate with. What's more, she could thrive in ambiguity, effortlessly navigating complex projects. I truly believe Silu is a asset to any team.
